Asked again this weekend..............
Okay...I was asked again this weekend by a friend.....How really is the market doing? I responded here in Cedar Rapids, it is great!.....I have started this year with a bang in sales and Skogman is on pace for another record year. He looked at me and said but there are SO MANY HOMES on the market....there are for sale signs everywhere. I then asked....Are they For Sale signs or are they Sold signs? He was not really sure....said he would pay more attention to that. ( I will be waiting for his response and let you know) In the three offers that I have wrote on the last week.....two of them we were completing with another offer. Can't be that bad....huh?
