National Deed Service Inc. is sending mail to Linn County residents offering to provide a certified copy of a deed for $59.50. “A certified copy of a deed is $6 from us,” said Linn County Recorder Joan McCalmant. People can contact the Recorder’s Office at 319-892-5420.
