Skogman's Market Share...........
In the first Quarter of this year Skogman's market share grew to 33.6% of all sold listings in the Cedar Rapids Area. WOW! Our closest competitior has just 21% of the local market share. Pretty impressive...huh? I guess that speaks for itself. When I am on listings appointments....I am always asked.....Why Skogman? (Why not....? LOL) Is it that Skogman can provide maxium exposure of your listing. List with me and your house is advertised on over 40 sites, we have the home show to showcase you home like no other show in our local market has, Skogman's web site is the best in CR, we sell faster than any other company and for more $$$ in your pocket. Anyway...I always find stats interesting and a great measure of things...so I thought I would share!
